When asked…
Why did you become a lawyer?
I come from a family of lawyers which gave me a keen respect for how challenging, yet rewarding and honorable, the profession is. Beyond that, litigation fits my skill set and competitive nature. I am passionate about assisting others to solve complex problems. And I relish the investigation and detective work, using thorough analysis to piece together evidentiary puzzles to develop strategic solutions for clients.
What do you do outside of work?
I am an extremely lucky husband and an overwhelmingly proud father of two amazing kids. I prefer to spend my free time with family laughing, playing and being outdoors. Beyond that, my wife and I love to travel – U.S. and abroad. I am also a passionate college and professional sports enthusiast.
I am mindful of clients’ ‘big picture’ goals, and I take the time to identify and understand their business objectives and other motives, which I utilize to create individualized litigation strategies to best address each situation,” Andrew said. “Often times, this is a ‘measured aggressiveness’ – i.e., balancing a tenacious approach while balancing client financial considerations and risks.”
